BOARD OF EDUCATION

 

? Board President, Beverley Scroggins, presented GCHS teacher, Amy Heath, with a certificate for receiving the "2014-2015 High School Chemistry Teacher of the Year" award by the American Chemical Society.

 

? Board President, Beverley Scroggins, presented GCHS teacher Amy McQuiggan with a certificate for receiving her first coaching "Diamond Award" by the National Speech and Debate Association.

 

? GCHS Principal, Daren DePew, reviewed the AdvancedEd report for Granite City Senior High School accreditation.

 

? Director of Buildings Services, Brad Eavenson, discussed the GCHS cafeteria renovations that will be paid from remaining bond funds that can only be used for construction projects. There will be no additional costs to the District.

 

? Board Member, Ron Dillard, addressed everyone in attendance and thanked them, the District, and Families, for their years of friendship and kindness.
